Refund and Returns Policy

At Aastha Enterprise, we take great pride in the quality and reliability of our home and kitchen appliances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of Aastha products.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and the shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

Replacements

If your Aastha home or kitchen appliance is damaged or has technical issues, we offer a customer replacement program. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement product or repair.

If we determine that a replacement product is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds for Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds for Gift Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Refunds for Late or Missing Items

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
