For orders below Rs. 1000, a nominal shipping charge will be applied. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

We offer standard shipping through various carriers such as India Post, Bluedart, Delhivery, Pickrr, Shiprocket, Bigship, FedEx and many more. The shipping carrier will be selected based on the delivery location and the weight and size of the product. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the delivery location. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

 

Order Processing and Tracking

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Once the order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number that can be used to track your order on the carrier’s website. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery Attempts

The shipping carrier will usually make three delivery attempts to deliver the package. If the package remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment. If you are not available to receive the package during the delivery attempts, you may need to pick up the package from the carrier’s office.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or international addresses. We only ship to addresses within India.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
